Mission.
Problem introduction.
We are currently living in a global pandemic and health has become a top priority in every country. For this reason, all the efforts are targeted to eliminate this virus and its negative consequences. However, there are still a lot of hidden “pandemics” in different parts of our world.
Cancer, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, infectious diseases, drug abuse, anxiety, depression or obesity are other problems that need to be addressed with the same investment and scientific effort.

The healthcare access and quality index create a score based on the measure of 32 causes of death that could be avoided by timely and effective medical care. Despite the index value is growing, there are still a lot of challenges in terms of the inequality of the index by country.
